예외
지정된 인덱스는 유효한 값이 아닙니다(0보다 작거나 총 요소 수보다 큼).
- 지정된 항목은 null 참조(Visual Basic의 경우 Nothing)입니다.
- 지정된 항목이 이미 컬렉션에 있습니다.
- 지정된 PerspectiveKpi 의 KpiID가 컬렉션에서 유효하지 않습니다.
- 지정된 PerspectiveKpi 의 호환성 수준이 컬렉션에서 유효하지 않습니다.

지정된 KpiID를 사용하여 새 PerspectiveKpi 개체를 만들고 컬렉션에서 지정된 인덱스에 삽입하고 새로 만든 PerspectiveKpi를 반환합니다.
