Delete purchase history of update ( form)

Click Procurement and sourcing > Periodic > Clean up > Purchase update history cleanup.

Use this form to delete old history of update transactions. All updates of confirmations, picking lists, product receipts, and invoices generate update history transactions. You can view these transactions from the Confirmation form. You can delete history transactions that are generated with or without errors.

Tip

It is useful to delete the history of updates before you upgrade Microsoft Dynamics AX, because you avoid occupying system resources that are needed more for updates of data.

Select to make sure that only the user who ordered the job can run the job
