Complimentary close (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Contacts > Complimentary close.

Use this form to list the standard complimentary closings that are used in written communication with contacts.

You can use complimentary closings when you create letters or email messages for communication with a contact. By using complimentary closings, you guarantee a consistent and correct closing for that contact.
