Click Sales and marketing > Common > Telemarketing > All call lists. Double-click the call list record to view.
Use this form to view an overview of the call lists, create and maintain call list targets, and attach a questionnaire to a call list.

Open the Telemarketing form, where you can view more information about the call list. |
Statistics |
Open the Call list statistics form, where you can view a graphic representation of the call list status. |

Update the status of the selected call list target. |
Create e-mail group |
Open the Create e-mail group form, where you can create an e-mail group that is based on the selected targets of the active call list. |
Generate |
Generate a new lead or opportunity record for the selected target. Note This control is available only if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
Related information |
Open the corresponding party records for the contact that is listed as the contact for the target. |

Select the name of the worker who is responsible for the call list record. |
Planned date/time |
Select the planned date and time for the telephone call. |
Actual duration |
Enter the length of the telephone call. |
Contacted by |
The name of the worker responsible for the telephone call. |
Actual date/time |
Enter the actual date and time that the telephone call was made. |
Answer |
View whether the telephone call was answered. |
Reason canceled |
The reason that the telephone call was canceled. |
