Call lists (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Telemarketing > All call lists. Double-click the call list record to view.

Use this form to view an overview of the call lists, create and maintain call list targets, and attach a questionnaire to a call list.

Responsibilities

Open the Responsibilities form, where you can assign a worker to the call list.

Questionnaire

Open the Questionnaires form, where you can create or select a questionnaire to be used with the call list.

Campaign

Open the Campaigns form, where you can view campaign information related to the call list.

Telemarketing

Open the Telemarketing form, where you can view more information about the call list.

Statistics

Open the Call list statistics form, where you can view a graphic representation of the call list status.

Activities

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • View activities – Open the Activities form, where you can view activities that have already been created.

  • New action – Open the Activities form, where you can create a new action activity.

  • Schedule appointment – Open the Activities form, where you can schedule a new appointment activity.

  • Record event – Open the Activities form, where you can record a new event activity.

  • New task – Open the Activities form, where you can create a new task activity.

Select targets

Create a query to select the targets for the call list.

Distribute

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • Responsibilities distribution – Open the Responsibilities distribution form, where you can distribute the call list targets to selected workers.

  • Clear distribution – Clear the target distribution.

  • By main responsible on prospect – Distribute the active call list targets, or contact persons, by the worker, or main contact, who is registered in the Prospect details form.

  • By main responsible on contact – Distribute the active call list targets, or contact persons, by the worker, or main contact, in the Contact details form.

  • By responsibilities on prospect – Distribute the active call list targets, or contact persons, by the specific responsibility that is selected in the Prospect details form.

  • By responsibilities on customer – Distribute the active call list targets, or contact persons, by the specific responsibility that is selected in the Customer details form.

  • By responsibilities on vendor – Distribute the active call list targets, or contact persons, by the specific responsibility that is selected in the Vendors form.

Status

Update the status of the selected call list target.

Create e-mail group

Open the Create e-mail group form, where you can create an e-mail group that is based on the selected targets of the active call list.

Generate

Generate a new lead or opportunity record for the selected target.

Note

This control is available only if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or AX 2012 R3 is installed.

Related information

Open the corresponding party records for the contact that is listed as the contact for the target.

Owner

Select the name of the worker who is responsible for the call list record.

Planned date/time

Select the planned date and time for the telephone call.

Actual duration

Enter the length of the telephone call.

Contacted by

The name of the worker responsible for the telephone call.

Actual date/time

Enter the actual date and time that the telephone call was made.

Answer

View whether the telephone call was answered.

Reason canceled

The reason that the telephone call was canceled.
