Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Prospects > Segments.

Use this form to set up and maintain a list of general business segments that you can use to categorize prospects.

For example, you can register a prospect in the Insurance, Law, Personal Services, or Construction business segment. You can also create other business segments that apply to your organization.
