Shipping line specification (form)

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Customers > All customers. On the Action Pane, on the Sell tab, click Orders > Sales order to select a sales order, or click Sales order to create a sales order. On the Action Pane, on the Pick and pack tab, click Packing slip, and then click Shipments.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select a sales order or click Sales order on the Action Pane to create a sales order. On the Action Pane, on the Pick and pack tab, click Packing slip, and then click Shipments.
Use this form to create and manage shipment specifications.

The total weight of the delivered items. |
Gross weight |
The total weight of the delivered items and the packaging. |
Packing weight |
The total weight of the packaging. |
Cartons |
The number of units in a package. |
UPS zone |
The U.S.-based carrier UPS (United Parcel Service) uses this field to determine shipping time and costs. |
Number of units |
The quantity in the item's inventory units. |
Number of copies |
The number of shipping copies. |
