Statistical balance setup (form)

Click Human resources > Setup > Time and attendance > Payroll > Statistical balance setup.
Use this form to set up the payroll statistics or balances that are available to workers. Workers can view the balances if they have access to the Balances form, which can be opened from the Job registration form.

Fields

Payroll statistics group |
The payroll statistics group to display. |
External name |
The name of the payroll balance. This name is displayed in the Balances form. |
Flex |
Select the check box to show the flex balance in the Balances form. Note This check box and the Payroll statistics group field are mutually exclusive. Either you select a group in the Payroll statistics group field, or you select this check box for a statistical balance setup. |
