Temporary group assignment (form)

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Time registration workers. Select a worker, and click the Time registration tab. On the Action Pane, click Set up time registration worker, and then click Temporary group assignment

Use this form to second a worker to another calculation group or approval group for a specific period of time.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
General tab	View information about the group assignment record selected on the Overview tab.
Financial dimensions	View information about financial dimensions, such as the default dimensions and where the dimensions are used in account structures and advanced rule structures. The name of the field includes the dimension.

Buttons

Button	Description
Compose	Create a temporary group assignment record for a longer period of time.

Fields

Field	Description
Worker	Identification of the worker.
Profile date	Profile date on which the temporary group assignment is valid.
Calculation group	The calculation group to which the worker is temporarily assigned.
Approval group	The approval group to which the worker is temporarily assigned.
Default financial dimensions	The default financial dimensions for the main account. When you select a financial dimension value, the Where the %1 dimension is used field group displays where the dimension is used in account structures and advanced rule structures.
Where the %1 dimension is used	The account structures and advanced rule structures that use the financial dimensions that you selected in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group. Note The name of the field depends on the selection in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group.
