Mailing merge files (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Periodic > Mailings > Mailing merge files.
Use this form to display an overview of the existing mail-merge files and assign the name of the template file that is used in the mail-merge process.

Date |
The date on which the merge file was created. |
Worker |
The worker who merged the file. |
Address file |
The location and name of the mail-merge file that contains the recipients and their addresses. The path of the address file is created based on the default path that is defined in the Sales and marketing parameters form, in the Mailing file directory field in the Documents area. |
Template file |
The location and name of the template file that was used to create the mail-merge file. The path and file name of the template file must be defined manually. |
