Contact interests (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Contacts > All contacts. Double-click a contact. In the Contacts form, click the Competencies tab, and then click Interests.

Use this form to define a contact’s professional or personal interests, or the contact's hobbies. Documenting this information helps guarantee consistent personal contact and correspondence with the contact.

Interests are set up and maintained in the Interest setup form.
