(USA) Tax 1099 validation errors (form)

Click Accounts payable > Periodic > Vendor settlement for 1099s. Click Create export file.
Use this form to review missing information that must be supplied and errors that must be corrected before you can file a 1099 electronically or magnetically. Errors may occur in company, transmitter, software vendor, and other vendor information. This form is displayed after you click Create export file in the Vendor settlement for 1099s form if the 1099 reports include incorrect information.
Note
(USA) This form is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in the United States.
After you correct any errors, click Recheck for errors. To correct errors in the vendor information, right-click the Vendor account field, select View details to open the Vendors form, and then enter or correct the data.
