(ESP) VAT report lines (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click General ledger > Periodic > Sales tax payments > Spain > Spanish VAT reports. Select a report and then click VAT report lines.

Use this form to view or delete value added tax (VAT) book transactions.

Note

(ESP) This form is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Spain.

Posted sales tax

Opens the Sales tax transactions form, where you can view the tax transactions.

Fields

Description

Register number

The line number created from the numbering method.

Document

The document number from the original invoice.

Date

The transaction date from the original tax transaction.

Origin

The original amount from the original tax transaction.

Value

The percentage used to calculate the tax amount from the original amount.

Sales tax amount

The sales tax amount.

Equivalence charge value

The percentage used to calculate the equivalence charge tax amount from the original amount.

Equivalence charge amount

The amount of the equivalence charge tax.

Voucher

The voucher of the original tax transaction.

Name

The name of the tax exempt number of the invoice.

Tax exempt number

The tax exempt number associated to the invoice that generated the tax transaction.

Sales tax code

The tax code related to the original tax transaction.

Equivalence charge code

The tax code related to the original equivalence charge tax.

Equivalence charge origin

The original amount of the equivalence charge.
