Phone parameters (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Telephony > Phone parameters.
Use this form to see an overview of the line devices that are installed on the system.
A line device can be a modem or an Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) card that is connected to the to the telephone line.
You can use the Windows Phone and Modem Options dialog box to install a new line device.

Line device provider |
The name of the line device provider. |
Line device name |
The name that has been assigned to the line device. For example, ModemA12. |
Permanent device ID |
The unique identifier that is assigned to the line device from the Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) subsystem. |
Line device ID |
The unique identifier of the line device. This identifier is assigned by Microsoft Dynamics AX. |
Computer name |
The name of the computer that the line device is attached to. |
