Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Contacts > Salutation.

Use this form to create and maintain the standard salutations that are used in written communication with contacts.

You can use salutations when you create letters to a contact or other personal information about that person. By using salutations, you guarantee a consistent and correct introduction for that contact.
