Course participants (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
Click Human resources > Common > Courses > Courses. Select a course. On the Action Pane, click Courses tab > Related information group > Course participants.
Use this form to maintain the list of participants for a course. Participants must exist in the address book as workers, applicants, or contact persons.
You can assign participants to courses that have an Open status. When a course status is Closed or Canceled, you can no longer register participants.

View information about financial dimensions, such as the default dimensions and where the dimensions are used in account structures and advanced rule structures. |
Fields

Person |
The identification of the participant selected in the Name field. |
Status group |
Filter the list of participants by their status in the course by selecting one of the following statuses.

Status |
The status of the selected participant in the course. |
Registered date |
The date when the selected participant is registered for the course. |
Financial dimensions |
The financial dimensions that were set up in the Financial dimensions form. |
Where the %1 dimension is used |
The account structures and advanced rule structures that use the financial dimensions that you selected in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group. Note The name of the field depends on the selection in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group. |
