(BEL) Transfer – BE (class form)

Click Organization administration > Periodic > Foreign trade > Intrastat. Click Transfer BE.
Use this form to transfer invoice transactions to the European Union (EU) sales list from updated sales invoices and project invoices that are to be reported to Customs and Excise. Because the reporting is quarterly, the actual quarter and year are set automatically. However, the reporting quarter and year are only used when you complete the official reports. The reporting quarter and year are not used as selection criteria when you determine which invoices should be transferred. You can also specify the selection criteria to transfer transactions. By default, all sales invoice and project invoice transactions are selected for transfer, unless you have decided not to include the transaction for transfer while creating the invoice.
