Click Accounts receivable > Inquiries > Bill of exchange > Bill of exchange statistics.

Use this form to view statistics about the status of bills of exchange, based on the data in the Bill of exchange journal form.

Calculation of statistics

The Honored bills status line is updated only when the amount is settled in full.

For example, a bill of exchange has a status of Drawn and an amount of 100.00. The bill of exchange is partially settled with an amount of 50.00, which results in the following:

One transaction with a status of Drawn and an amount of 50.00.
A second transaction with a status of Honored and an amount of 50.00.

The Drawn bills status line is updated with the amount and the remaining amount, but the Honored bills status line is not updated.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Overview	View statistics for the bill of exchange statuses.
General	View the Overview tab information for the selected line.
History	View the history of protested and redrawn bills of exchange.

Button

Button	Description
Origin	Open the Bills of exchange origin form, in which you can view the bills of exchange that the status is based on.

Fields

Field	Description
Status	The bill of exchange status.
Number of bills	The number of bills of exchange for the selected status.
Amount	The amount for the selected status, in the accounting currency.
Remaining amount	The amount remaining, in the accounting currency.
