Eliminate estimate (class form)

Click Project management and accounting > Periodic > Estimates > Eliminate estimates.
Use this form to eliminate all estimates for a given estimate date. To eliminate an estimate project, it must be 100 percent complete.

Period code |
Select the period code to choose the appropriate estimate projects. |
Estimate date |
Select the appropriate estimate date for elimination. |
Eliminate with WIP warnings |
Select this check box to display a notification when an estimate that is associated with a work in progress will be eliminated. If the check box is cleared, elimination cannot continue when any non-estimated transactions exist. Caution This field is available only when elimination is being applied to an estimate project. It is always unavailable if you are using periodic postings. This setting works together with the settings made on the Estimate tab of the Project parameters form, in the Allow elimination when non-estimated transactions exist area. |
Set stage to Finished |
Select this check box to set the estimate project’s stage to Finished after you run elimination. |
Print estimate list |
Select the information to be included when the estimate list is printed. |
Show Infolog |
Select this check box to display the Infolog. |
Posting date |
Enter the ledger posting date of the estimate. |
