BOM/Route list (form)

Use this form to reuse a stored bill of materials (BOM) or route instead of creating a new configuration when you are configuring a product for a sales order.
Note
This information applies only to Product builder.
This form is available only when you have selected to be prompted when you reuse a BOM or route for a configuration. Click Product information management > Setup > Product builder > Product builder parameters. Click Approval, and then select Prompt in the Reuse configurations field.
Navigating the form
The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.
Fields
Field |
Description |

Product model number |
The number of the product model that generated the stored configuration. |
Item number |
The item number that is associated with the stored configuration. |
Configuration |
The configuration ID that is associated with this configuration. |
BOM |
The BOM ID that is associated with the stored configuration. |
Route number |
The route ID that is associated with the stored configuration. |
Search string |
The search string of the saved configuration. Configuration search strings are used by the system to locate previously saved similar configurations. |
