Stage reasons (form)

Click Service management > Common > Service orders > Active service orders. Click the Dispatch tab, and then in the Service stage section of the Action Pane, click Stage reasons.
Use this form to view the reason codes that are assigned to the various stages of a service order, such as Planning, In Progress, Closed, or other service stages that you define. You can also use this form to add a reason code for a particular stage manually and to delete incorrect stage reason codes.
