Post revenue (class form)

Click Project management and accounting > Periodic > Time and material > Accrue revenue. Click Post.

Use this form to select the transactions to be posted as accrued revenue.

Tab

Description

Overview tab

View the categories that have been created.

You can also specify whether the worker identification (ID) is required for posting to the active category and define the item sales tax group of the active category group.

General tab

View more specific information about the active category.

Financial dimensions

View information about financial dimensions, such as the default dimensions and where the dimensions are used in account structures and advanced rule structures.

Project date

Date when the current transaction was entered.

Project ID

Project that the transaction was posted to.

Activity number

Activity that is defined on the transaction line.

Category

Category of the transaction line.

Item

Identification for current project type.

Line property

Status that the transaction is attached to.

Transaction type

The transaction type of the current line.

Transaction ID

Identification of transaction.

Transaction voucher

Voucher number in ledger.

Description

Text that describes the transaction.

Transaction status

Status of the transaction.

Transaction origin

Where the transaction was created.

Quantity

Quantity of the specified transaction type.

Cost price

By setting the length of this extended data type (AmountMST) you can control how many characters should be available for all amount fields that inherit from this type.

The standard display length is set to 20 characters, and 20 decimals. If the Decimals field is set to 0, the default Microsoft Windows setting is used.

Adjust the Display length and Decimals fields according to:

  • The need for displaying large amounts.

  • The currencies that the company uses.

Cost amount

Amount in default currency.

Ledger status 

The transaction line's current placement in the ledger.

Sales currency

Current currency code.

Sales price

Sales price per unit calculated in the current sales currency.

Accrued revenue

Identifies whether the current transaction has been posted to sales value.

Accrued amount

Amount of revenue accrued on this transaction.

Sales tax group

The sales tax group for the revenue of the selected transaction.

Item sales tax group

The item sales tax group for the selected transaction.

Invoice proposal

The invoice proposal for the selected transaction.

Start time

Starting time that is attached to the record.

End time

End time that is attached to the record.

Lot ID

Identification of the item lot.

Packing slip

Identification of the packing slip.

Adjustment number

Project adjustment reference.

Main account

Default main account where the transaction is located.

Department

Select the department that is related to the selected transaction.

Cost center

Select the cost center that is related to the selected transaction.

Purpose

Select the purpose that is related to the selected transaction.
