Generate mailings (class form)

Click Sales and marketing > Periodic > Mailings > Generate mailings.

Use this form to generate mailings from a query of the database. The mailings that are generated are displayed in the Mailings form.

Open a query, where you can define filters for generating mailings.

Fields

Category

Select the category to which the generated mailings belong.

Categories are set up and maintained in the Mailing categories form.

Item

Select the category item to which the generated mailings belong.

Category items are set up and maintained in the Mailing items form.

Status

Select the status of the mailings:

  • Regular – The mailings are sent regularly.

  • Sent – The mailings are registered as sent in the Mailings form.

  • Not sent – The mailings are created, but are sent at a later date. For example, by using the Mailings form.

Planned date

Enter the date on which you plan to send the mailings.
