Journalize transactions (form)

Click General ledger > Periodic > Journals > Journalizing.

Journalize ledger transactions by entering them into the Ledger journal form with a record of the date, time, ledger accounts affected, and debit and credit amounts. From the Ledger journal form, you can view and print journal lists.

Note

If the selection in the Extended ledger journal field in the General ledger parameters form has been changed, you must confirm whether to continue journalizing with the new setting.
