Copy from all - Sales quotations (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales quotations > All quotations. Select a sales quotation. On the Action Pane, on the Quotation tab, click From all.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales quotations > All quotations. Double-click a sales quotation. On the Action Pane, on the Sales quotation tab, click From all.

Use this form to copy information from a previously created sales quotation to the active sales quotation.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Quantity factor

Define the factor by which to increase the quantity of all sales quotation lines that will be copied.

Example

If you enter 2.00, the quantity for all copied sales quotation lines will be doubled (multiplied by 2.00).

If you enter 1.50, the quantity for all copied sales quotation lines will be increased by 50 percent (multiplied by 1.50).

Copy charges

Select this check box to copy charges from the selected sales quotation lines to the new sales quotation.

Copy precisely

Select this check box to copy all dimensions, sales taxes, and ledger accounts to the new sales quotation. Delivery dates are not copied.

Recalculate price

Select this check box to recalculate the net amount of the copied lines based on current prices and trade agreements.

Delete quotation lines

Select this check box to delete any sales quotation lines in the new sales quotation before you copy sales quotation lines from this form.

This effectively clears the new sales quotation of any item lines and makes sure that only the copied sales quotation lines are present in the new sales quotation. You then can add more lines to the new sales quotation.

By default, this check box is selected when you open the form.

Copy quotation header

Select this check box to copy information from the selected sales quotation to the new sales quotation.

When you select this check box, you can select only one sales quotation to copy.

By default, this check box is selected when you open the form.

Select all

Select or clear all lines that are attached to the quotation.

Quotation

The unique identification number of the sales quotation.

The sales quotation number sequence is set up in the Number sequences area of the Accounts receivable parameters form.

Prospect

The customer's prospect account in the Prospects form.

Customer account

The customer's account number from the Customers form.

Delivery name

The name or company name of the delivery address.

Sales order

The sales order number of the sales quotation, if the sales quotation has been confirmed and converted to a sales order.

Currency

The currency that is used for invoicing the expected sales order.

Expiration date

The date when the sales quotation expires and is no longer valid.

The expiration date can be automatically calculated or defined manually.

Quotation status

The status of the active quotation.

Name

The name that is attached to the customer account.

Date

The date that the quotation is copied.

Deadline

The last day that the quotation is valid.

Quotation confirmation

The confirmation of the newly copied quotation.

Model

The forecast model number.

Exchange rate

The exchange rate of the quotation amount.

Description

A brief description of a transaction.

Item

The item number that has been quoted.

Item number

The item number for the order line.

Sales category

The category from the sales category hierarchy.

Text

The description of the line.

Quantity

The quantity ordered.

Unit

The unit that the item is sold in.

Unit price

The unit price of the quoted item.

Sales unit

The sales price of the line per price unit.

Net amount

The sales amount, including the discount, for the line.

Amount

The amount in the accounting currency.

Amount

The amount for the quantity of the quoted item, in the transaction currency.

Discount

The calculated discount based on the option that is selected in the Discount field in the Accounts receivable parameters form.

Discount percent

The calculated discount percentage based on the option that is selected in the Discount field in the Accounts receivable parameters form.
