Click Sales and marketing > Periodic > Mailings > E-mail distribution.

Use this form to view all created e-mail groups. You can use this form with Microsoft Outlook to send e-mail messages to a group of e-mail addresses.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Description

Send e-mail to group

Select this option to view all e-mail groups.

To see the contacts in each e-mail distribution group, double-click the e-mail group.

Send e-mail to employee

Select this option to view a list of all workers. The list includes worker identifiers, worker names, and e-mail addresses.

Send to e-mail address

Select this option to send the message to an e-mail address.

Send to SMS address

Select this option to send the message to a short message service (SMS) address.
