Deleted orders (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Inquiries > History > Sales orders > Deleted orders.

Use this form to view the results of each batch deletion of sales orders.

We recommend that you view this form after each batch deletion. For each order deletion, this form displays the deletion result in the Job status field.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Description

Sales order

The order number that corresponds to the number in the Sales order field in the Sales order form.

Name

The name of the order.

Job status

The status of the current update:

  • Executed – The deletion was successful.

  • Waiting – A sales order is selected for deletion but has not yet been deleted.

  • Errors detected – The deletion caused errors.

Date of creation

The date when the record was created.

Created by

The name of the user who created the record.

Item number

The item number of the order line.

Sales category

The sales category that the order belongs to in the sales category hierarchy.

Text

Text that is related to the order. This is typically the item description.

Quantity

The quantity that was ordered on the sales order line.

Net amount

The value of the quantity that is selected in the Update field in the Sales order form.
