This topic applies to features in the Inventory management module. It does not apply to features in the Warehouse management module.
Click Inventory management > Setup > Inventory equipment > Forklift.
Use this form to register details of the forklift trucks used.
You can set up the following forklift default information:
Assign operators to specific forklifts.
Select the type of transport jobs for which the forklift is used.
Specify height restrictions (used together with absolute height of locations).

Configure whether pallet transports of the type Input transport should be shown in the overview of available pallet transports for this forklift. |
Output transports |
Configure whether pallet transports of the type Output transport should be shown in the overview of available pallet transports for this forklift. |
Refilling transports |
Configure whether pallet transports of the type Refill should be shown in the overview of available pallet transports for this forklift. |
Max. height |
Enter the forklift's maximum lifting height. This, combined with the absolute height at the location, makes sure that only transports that the forklift can handle are selected. |
