Applicant interviews (form)

Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Applications. Select an application to create an interview for. On the Action Pane, click Application tab > Related information group > Applicant interviews.

Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Applicants. Select an applicant to view a list of interviews for. On the Action Pane, click Applicant tab > Related information group > Interviews.

Click Human resources > Periodic > Recruitment > Applicant interviews.

Use this form to create and schedule interviews with applicants or to maintain information for existing interviews. When you create an interview, Scheduled is displayed in the Status field. You must manually change the interview status to Completed after the interview has taken place, or to Canceled if the interview is canceled.

After you have entered the information about the interview, you can click Schedule in Microsoft Outlook to send a meeting request to the applicant.

Note

There is no synchronization between applications and interviews. After you arrange an interview for an applicant, you should update the correspondence action on the applicant’s application to indicate that an interview is scheduled.

Application

The application ID for the application that was submitted by the applicant.

Name

The applicant name.

This field is only available if you open the form from the area page and not from the Applicants list page.

Applicant

The applicant ID.

This field is only available if you open the form from the area page and not from the Applicants list page.

Recruitment project

The recruitment project that the application is associated with.

Status

The status of the interview. The following options are available:

  • Scheduled – The default status.

  • Completed – The interview has occurred.

  • Canceled – The interview has been canceled.

  • Not scheduled – The interview has not been scheduled yet.

You must manually change the status of the line throughout the interview process.

Interviewer

Select the worker who is either scheduled the interview or who will perform the interview.

Date

Select a date for the interview. Two interviews for the same application cannot have the same date and time.

Start time

Enter the starting time for the interview.

End time

Enter the ending time for the interview.

Where

Enter the interview location.
