Indirect activities costs (form)

Click Human resources > Inquiries > Time and attendance > Indirect activities costs.
Use this form to view the vouchers and voucher lines that are created in the general ledger for indirect activities costs.
The vouchers and voucher lines are displayed in this form only after they are posted to the general ledger by using the general ledger journal. You can post indirect activities costs to the general ledger by using the Post indirect activities costs form.
Tip
The general ledger journal that is used to post indirect activities costs is specified in the Ledger journal field in the Time and attendance parameters form.

The offset account in the general ledger that the indirect activities cost is posted to. |
Cost amount |
The cost amount to post in the general ledger. |
Activity |
The indirect activity that generated the cost. |
Description |
The description of the indirect activity that generated the cost. |
