Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Distribution > Reasons for delivery.
Use this form to explain the reasons for delivery, such as, sales, gifts, samples, and so on.
Note
The delivery reason is used in connection with packing slips. The delivery reason is printed on the packing slip only if you select the Shipping details field in the Packing slip area of the Form setup form.
