Bill of lading orders (form)

This topic applies to features in the Inventory management module. It does not apply to features in the Warehouse management module.

Click Sales and marketing > Inquiries > Distribution > Bill of lading. Click Bill of lading orders.

Use this form to specify information about orders attached to a bill of lading.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview tab	View, edit, or create bill of lading orders.
General tab	View or add information to the bill of lading order selected on the Overview tab tab.

Field	Description
Bill of lading	Identification of the bill of lading.
Order number	Identification of the order.
Quantity	Total quantity in inventory units for the order on this bill of lading.
Weight	Total weight of all items for the order on this bill of lading.
Pallet/Slip	Specifies whether the items are to be packed on pallets or in crates.
Additional shipper info	Type additional information about the order.
Order type	The type of order that you want to attach to the bill of lading. When you select a sales order, a transfer order, or a production line, the order numbers in the Order number field are filtered according to the order type.
