Activity on location (form)

This topic applies to features in the Inventory management module. It does not apply to features in the Warehouse management module.

Click Inventory management > Setup > Inventory breakdown > Inventory locations. Click Inquiries, and then click Activity on location.

Use this form to display an overview of activities that are in process for a location.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Transport to location

Shows pallet transports that are to be transported to the location but are not yet finished.

Transport from location

Shows pallet transports that are to be transported from the location but are not yet finished.

Picking lines

Shows activated lines from picking routes that are to be picked at the location but are not yet finished.

Fields

Description

Pallet ID

Displays the pallet that is affected by the transport.

Pickup location

Displays the location from which the pallet is to be taken.

Type

The type of transport in question.

Handling status

The status of the pallet transport.

Worker

The operator or driver who is using or has used the pallet transport.

To location

The location of the pallet after the transport is completed. This can differ from the Destination location.

Item number

Item number on which you want the transaction performed.

Configuration

Select an item configuration to specify an item that has specific attributes.

Size

Specifies the size of the item.

Color

Specifies the color of the item.

Route

Specifies the route to which the transaction belongs. If you selected the Pallet load field, the route refers to a pallet transport. Otherwise, it refers to a picking route.

Handling status

The status of the transaction. The following statuses exist:

  • Registered – Used when the transaction has been associated with a shipment but has not yet been reserved.

  • Reserved – Used when the transaction has been associated with a shipment but has not yet been released for consignment.

  • Activated – Used when the transaction has been released for consignment but has not yet been started.

  • Started – Used when the shipment has begun but is not yet finished.

  • Ended – Used when the shipment is finished.

Quantity

Quantity that this transaction affects.
