Approve version (class form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
Click Product information management > Setup > Product builder > Global rules. In the Global rules form, select a rule set. Then, in the Versions FastTab, click Approve.
Use this form to approve the current rule set version.
Note
The rule set version must be approved before you can use it.

Select the employee who approved the rule set version. Any employee who is registered in Microsoft Dynamics AX can be selected here. |
Remove approval |
Select this check box to remove approval from the current rule set version. Note The check box is visible only if the current rule set version is approved. |
Approve rule set |
Select this check box to approve the rule set to which the current version is attached. Note The check box is visible only if the rule set to which the current version is attached is not approved. |
