Options (class form)

Click File > Command > Document handling > Setup > Options.
Use this form to set up user default settings for the Document handling form.
The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Show standard |
Select to display all document references attached to the form or only those attached by the user who is currently logged on. |
Show references only as default |
Select this check box to list only document references and their notes, without tabs and buttons, in the Document handling form by default. |
Show any attached file as a default |
Select this check box to automatically open each file that is attached to the record that you are currently viewing when you open the Document handling form. |
