Send e-mail (form)

Click Home > Common > Cases > All cases. Select the case record of the party to which you want to send an e-mail message. Then, on the Action Pane, on the General tab, in the Follow up group, click Send mail.

On the Contact information FastTab of a party record, such as a customer, prospect, or lead record, click the e-mail icon on the line that displays the e-mail address to which you want to send an e-mail message.

Use this form to send an e-mail message from Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Important

This form can be used to send e-mail messages only if you have synchronized your Microsoft Dynamics AX user profile with a Microsoft Outlook profile.

Attach documents to the e-mail message.
