Click Home > Common > Questionnaires > Planned answer session.

Create or view planned answer sessions for individual workers, applicants, or contact persons. A planned answer session is a questionnaire that you have created and selected the respondents for. All the planned answer sessions that have been created, but not completed, will be listed in this form.

Answer

The identification number that is assigned automatically, based on the number sequence that was set up in the Questionnaire parameters form.

Questionnaire

The questionnaire used for a planned answer session.

Anonymous

Indicates if the planned answer session is anonymous.

Role

Specify the role of the person being evaluated by the planned answer session from the following options:

  • Self – You are evaluating yourself.

  • Management – You are evaluating management personnel.

  • Colleague – You are evaluating a colleague.

  • Other – You are evaluating a person with another role.

Person

Select the name of the respondent.

Scheduling

The identification of the scheduling that the answer session was planned from.

Evaluation of

The identification of the person who is being evaluated by the planned answer session.

Discussion

The identification of the discussion that the answer session was planned from.
