Active document tables (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Organization administration > Setup > Document management > Active document tables.

Use this form to list the tables that are available for document handling.

To limit document handling to the listed tables, you must also select the Use Active document tables check box in the Document management parameters form.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Insert tables that were previously used for document handling into the list.

Reference table ID

Enter an ID for the table.

Name of table

Select the name of the table.

Always enabled

Select this check box to enable editing of attachments to document references, even if the attachment is locked.
