Click System administration > Periodic > E-mail processing > Batch.

Use this form to send e-mail messages using batch processing.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Recurrence	Specify the batch job starting time, starting date, and recurrence. Note A starting date or time is not required. When no starting date or time is specified, the batch job starts to process when a batch server becomes available.
Alerts	Set up an alert for the batch job.

Field	Description
Batch processing	Select this check box to enable batch processing.
Caption	Description of the batch job that will appear in the batch job list.
Batch group	Attach the job to a batch group.
Private	Restrict other users from running the batch job. A private batch job can be run only by the user who specified it and only on the computer where the user is logged on.
