View and manage fulfillment activity

Fulfillment activity means sending 'physical' mail to prospects and clients (as opposed to only sending them emails). Microsoft Dynamics Marketing provides functions to enable you to:

  • Use the campaign-automation canvas to generate fulfilment requests. To do this, place a Printed Mail tile on your canvas (possibly behind a trigger, for example to send printed mail only to users for whom an email bounced). A fulfilment record will then be created for relevant contacts according to the logic of your canvas when it runs.

  • Manage and track all fulfillment activity on Marketing Execution > Campaign Management > Fulfillment. Here you can see a list of all fulfillment tasks generated by a campaign-canvas run. Personnel responsible for sending the mailings can come here, do the actual mailing and then mark the fulfillment as complete by selecting it and then choosing the Mark Sent toolbar button.
