Equipment requests enable users to keep track of who is going to need equipment and when the equipment is needed. Equipment check-in and check-out enables users to keep track of who has the equipment and where it is. Users must have the Equipment Manager User Role to check equipment in and out.

  1. Go to the Equipment page or dashboard, or Equipment request page.

  2. Click the Check-out button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays the Equipment Check-out page.

  3. Enter the information.

  4. Click Submit.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing logs each check-in and check-out in Notes.
