Microsoft Dynamics Marketing is scheduled to be retired on May 15, 2018. After that date the service will no longer be available. Please plan accordingly. For details, see the customer FAQ. The Equipment Availability page displays equipment in a Gantt chart to make it easy to see whether equipment is checked out or reserved.

Choose Home > Marketing Execution > Event Management > Equipment.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays Equipment Availability for the current month.

  • Blue bars indicate that the item is available.

  • Red bars indicate that the item is reserved.

  • Black bars indicate that the item is checked-out.

Click the < or > in the calendar.

  1. Select the item you want by clicking on its check box.

  2. Click the Request button.

  3. Enter the information.

  4. Click Submit.

Users must have the Equipment Manager User Role to check-in items.

  1. Select the item you want to check-in by clicking on its check box.

  2. Click the Check-in button.

  3. Enter the information.

  4. Click Submit.

Users must have the Equipment Manager User Role to check-out items.

  1. Select the item you want to check-out by clicking on its check box.

  2. Click the Check-out button.

  3. Enter the information.

  4. Click Submit.

Type in a word or phrase into the search bar and click Go.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing searches for items that contain information that matches your entry.

  1. Click the Search/Filter button to toggle from Search (default) to Filter.

  2. Select the information you want to use as a filter by clicking on the Filter On pull-down menu.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays the filter categories that are available.

  3. Click the Value pull-down to choose the value that you want to filter on.  

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing applies the filter and displays the information that matches.

Click the Print button Print button.

Click Clear to remove the filter.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing removes the filter and displays all items.

Click the Excel button Excel button.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing sends the information to Excel.
