Microsoft Dynamics Marketing lets you view ads that you have ordered.

Choose Home > Assets & Media > Media Performance > Media Usage.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays all the media related items.

  • Enter a word, phrase or part of a word into the Search bar.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays all the items that contain the word, phrase or part of a word you entered. Enter the shortest possible phrase to find the most items.

Or,

  • Type in a word, phrase or part of a word into one or more of the Search fields above each column.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays all the items that contain the word, phrase or part of a word you entered in the field. If you enter information in two or more fields, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing searches for items that contain the word, phrase or part of a word you entered in both fields.

  • To filter by column, you need to click the down triangle iconFilter button, enter a value in the search box, and then pick a filtration type (starts with, ends with, contains, etc.).

Click Clear.

  1. Select an interval from the pull-down menu.

  2. Press Enter or click Go.

  1. Click the invoices, orders, expenses or all check boxes.

  2. Press Enter or click Go.

  1. Click the appropriate check boxes.

  2. Press Enter or click Go.

  1. Click the Search/Filter button to toggle from Search (default) to Filter.

  2. Select the information you want to use as a filter by clicking the Filter On pull-down menu.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays the filter categories that are available.

  3. Click the Value pull-down to choose the value that you want to filter on.  

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing applies the filter and displays the information that matches.

  4. Select a date range, or enter a custom date range.

  5. Select a currency or leave the currency pull-down menu blank to select all currencies.

  6. Press Enter or click Go to apply the filter.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays the items that match the criteria.

Click the Show All Show All/Active Only button button.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing enables you to summarize your media orders and expenses and prepare a flowchart.

  • Details: When you open the Advertisements page, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays all the ads in media orders and media expenses for the current week; each one appearing on a row on the page.

  • Daypart: Click the View By pull-down menu and select Daypart to view information grouped by Daypart.

  • Market: Click the View By pull-down menu and select Market to view information grouped by Market Segment.

  • Summary (By Media Outlet): Click the View By pull-down menu and select Summary to view information grouped by media outlet.

  1. Click the New button  New button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing opens the media ordering page.

  2. Enter the information. More information: Create, copy, convert, and print media orders

  1. Click the Print Print button button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays the page ready to print in a pop-up browser window.

  2. Click Print Print button again.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing opens a Print window to enable you to select the printer you want to use, and other printing details. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing also makes a copy of the expense in Notes.
