Microsoft Dynamics Marketing can display the schedules of all contacts who have event-related activities in a Gantt chart.

Choose Home > Marketing Execution > Calendar > Gantt.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays a listing of the schedules of staff and speakers in a Gantt chart for the current month.

Click the appropriate date in the date picker pop-up.

  1. Choose Home > Marketing Execution > Event Management > Events.

  2. Find the Event you want to work with.

  3. Click the Staff/Speakers tab.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays a listing of all the contacts that are associated with the event.

  1. Click the View by pull-down menu.

  2. Select Contacts to view a list of the event's speakers and staff.

  3. Select By Session to view a list of the sessions and associated speakers and staff.

  4. Select By Contact to view a listing of speakers and staff and their associated schedules.

  1. Click the New button New button.

  2. Enter the information.

  3. Click Submit.

  1. Select the contact you want to remove by clicking on its check box Check box symbol.

  2. Click the Delete button Delete button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing prompts you to confirm the deletion.

  3. Click OK.

Click any column heading to sort the list using in alphabetical order; click it again to sort the list in reverse alphabetical order.

  • Enter a word, phrase, or part of a word into the Search bar.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays all the estimates that contain the word, phrase, or part of a word you entered. Enter the shortest possible phrase to find the most estimates.

Or,

  • Type a word, phrase or part of a word into one or more of the Search fields above each column.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays all the estimates that contain the word, phrase, or part of a word you entered in the field. If you enter information in two or more fields, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing searches for estimates that contain the word, phrase, or part of a word you entered in both fields.

  • To filter by column, click the down triangle button Filter button, enter a value in the search box, and then pick a filtration type (starts with, ends with, contains, etc.).

Click Clear to remove the filter.

Click the Send to Excel buttonExcel button. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing sends the information to Excel.

Click the Print Screen button Print button. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing opens a pop-up window that displays the information in the grid.

  1. Type in a word or phrase into the search bar.

  2. Click Go or press enter on your keyboard.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing searches for information that match the information you entered.

  1. Click the Search/Filter button to toggle from Search (default) to Filter.

  2. Select the information you want to use as a filter by clicking on the Filter On pull-down menu.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays the filter categories that are available.

  3. Click the Value pull-down to choose the value that you want to filter on.  

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing applies the filter and displays the information that matches.
