View event activities, staffing, speakers, and schedule

Use the Event dashboard to view an event’s staffing and speakers. You can view the activities of the staff and speakers either on the Event calendar or Gantt chart.

  1. On the Event's dashboard page, click the Staff/Speakers tab.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays the list of staff and speakers for the event.

  2. To add a contact, click the New button New button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing opens the New Activity page.

  3. Enter the information.

  4. Click Submit.

  • In a Calendar: Open the calendar and select the event in the filter.

  • In a Gantt chart: Open the event Gantt chart and select the event in the filter.
