Send email to one or more registration contacts

You can send email messages to one or more registration contacts.

To send an email message to one contact:

  1. On the Registration page or tab, select the recipient of the email message by clicking the check box on the row next to their registration.

  2. Click the Email button Email button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing opens the Email Message page.

  3. Compose the message you want to send.

  4. Click Submit.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing sends the contact an email.

To send an email message to many contacts:

  1. On the Registration page or tab, use the Filter or Search function to display all recipients of the email message you want to send by clicking the Select all check box.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing will select all the recipients, even if there are more recipients than shown without clicking on the Next button to go to the next page.

  2. Click the Email button Email button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing opens the Email Message page.

  3. Compose the message you want to send.

  4. Click Submit.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing sends each contact a separate individual email.
