A number of dashboard pages have analysis tabs which display summary of revenue, expense and time-related indicators. The specific metrics displayed are different for each page:

Metric

Description

PO Total 

Total balance of all Purchase Orders associated with a job.

Expense Total

Total expense of the job.

PO Variance

Difference between the PO total and the Expense total for the job.

Total Payments

Total payments made (not received) for the job.

Balance Due

Total payments due for the job.

Estimate Total

Total of all the estimates associated with the job.

Invoice Total

Total of all the invoices associated with the job.

Invoice Variance

Difference between the Invoice total and the Estimate total for the job.

Profit

Difference between the Invoice total and Expense total for the job.

Profit %

Profit as a percentage of the cost.

Estimated Hours

Total number of estimated hours for all the tasks associated with the job.

Billable Hours

Total number of billed hours for all the time slips associated with the job.

Non-Billable Hours

Total number of non-billed hours for all the time slips associated with the job.

Billable versus Estimated Hours

Difference between the total billable hours and the total number of estimated hours for all the tasks associated with the job.

Total versus Estimated Hours

Difference between the total hours for all the time slips associated with the job and the total number of estimated hours for all the tasks associated with the job.
