The sponsorship wizard enables users to set up multiple sponsorship items (booths, signs, banners, etc.) records for an event quickly and easily. The sponsorship wizard creates a set of identical items at the same time.

Choose Home > Marketing Execution > Event Management > Sponsorships.

  1. Click the sponsorship wizard button Wizard button.

  2. Enter the information.

    Field

    Description

    Quantity

    Enter the number of items that you want to create.

    Status

    Select a status from the pull-down menu.

    Code

    Enter a code for the items. (Optional).

    Item

    Enter the name of sponsorship item. Typical names include 10x10 booth, Keynote Breakfast, etc.

    Type

    Select the item's type from the pull-down menu. (Optional). Administrators can set up types. More information: Create custom drop-down values and folders

    Event

    Select the event the sponsorship item is associated with from the pull-down menu.

    Item/Service

    Select an Item/Service from the pull down menu. The item/service is used for invoicing. (Optional).

    Description

    Enter a description of the item. (Optional).

  3. Click Submit.

    The wizard will create the number of items you specified.
