Microsoft Dynamics Marketing enables users to manage equipment. In most cases equipment is used for meetings, conferences, trade shows, demonstrations and events. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing provides three important equipment management functions:

  • Equipment Database: Enables users to track and manage equipment.

  • Requests: Enables users to make requests for Equipment. Equipment 'managers' can accept requests and track or reserve the Equipment.

  • Check-in/Check-out: Enables Equipment 'managers' to track where Equipment is and who is using it.

Choose Home > Marketing Execution > Event Management >Equipment Inventory.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays Equipment.

  1. Click the New button New button.

  2. Enter the information.

  3. Click Submit.

  1. Select the equipment you want to copy by clicking its check box Check box symbol.

  2. Click the Copy button Copy button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing copies the equipment .

  1. Select the equipment you want to delete by clicking its check box Check box symbol.

  2. Click the Delete button Delete button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing prompts you to confirm the deletion.

  3. Click OK.

Click the Show All button Show All/Active Only button.

  1. Enter a word or phrase into the search bar.

  2. Click Go or press Enter on your keyboard.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing searches for item that match the information you entered.

Click any column heading to sort the list using in alphabetical order; click it again to sort the list in reverse alphabetical order.

  1. Click the Search/Filter button to toggle from Search (default) to Filter.

  2. Select the information you want to use as a filter by clicking on the Filter On pull-down menu.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays the filter categories that are available.

  3. Click the Value pull-down to choose the value that you want to filter on.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing applies the filter and displays the information that matches.

  4. Select a date range, or enter a custom date range.

  5. Click Go or press enter on your keyboard.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays the equipments that match the filter criteria.

Click Clear to remove the filter.

  1. Enter a word or phrase into the search bar.

  2. Click Go or press Enter on your keyboard.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing searches for equipment that match the information you entered.
