Perform mass update on media plans

Media Plans consist of a header which contains general information about the Media Plan, the Media Plan Item Grid. The Media Plan Item Grid contains the individual items - spots, insertions, banners, etc. - that make up the Media Plan.  Once the descriptive information about a Media Plan has been entered - it's name, start date, description, etc. - the Plan's details - line items - for all the Media can be added. The Mass Update function enables Users to update some or all of the Media Plan Items in a single operation.

To update several Media Plan Items at the same time:

  1. Select the item(s) you want to update by clicking on their check boxes Check box symbol.

  2. Click the Mass Update button Mass Update button.

  3. Specify the information you want to update.

  4. Click OK.
