Microsoft Dynamics Marketing is scheduled to be retired on May 15, 2018. After that date the service will no longer be available. Please plan accordingly. For details, see the blog post Microsoft Dynamics Marketing service will be discontinued, and learn what’s coming next.

Create program templates if you need to create the same program again and again. When you create a program template you can also template all of the tasks that correspond to the type of program that the template is for.

If you always assign program-related tasks to the same person, assign the tasks to that person and set the tasks’ status to Not Started.

If you assign similar tasks to different people (for example, if you have five copywriters and they all write copy for programs), you should create role records for each role (copy writing, marketing manager, proof reader, and designer). Assign the tasks associated with the role template to these "Role" contacts instead of individuals. When you use the template, you will reassign the roles on the program to the actual contacts who will do the work, which will automatically reassign the tasks correctly.
